Coming Home to Joy

Joy Reboot is helping me to see joy in a new way. Before, I thought that joy could come from making some lifestyle shifts, maybe taking more time to relax and do activities I love. Now my perspective is different. I realize joy is within all of us already. Joy is our natural state of being. But society programs us to believe in “truths” and values that contradict our joyful nature.

Coming back to joy, coming back to peace, coming back to our true selves isn’t a process of adding activities to, quite simply, feel better. It’s a process of clearing the blockages that disconnect us from our natural state.

And what has clogged the pipes to joy? Cultural conditioning. Judgement. Living out of alignment with our true selves.

Joy Reboot is taking on new meaning as a “clear the mud” experience to LASTING joy. We’re removing the painful stories we tell ourselves, and unhelpful worry. We’re getting real about what’s inauthentic in our lives. We’re getting clear on our truths so we can continually align with our joy, rather than live on autopilot.

This is powerful shit. Can’t wait to see it all unfold.
