Feeling Whole list.

Ever made a list of what you need to feel Whole? “Whole” meaning the in-the-groove you, the ‘vibing at your highest level’ you. What do you need to do/see/hear/experience to live that way?

A feeling Whole list is a guide for how to boost yourself up when you’re low. I’m coming out of months of feeling stuck, and my list has been my roadmap back to Whole (more on this later).

Today is the first day I’ve written out this list. Maybe it’s the day you write out yours too. If you’re feeling stuck right now, I recommend it.

A selection of things I need to feel whole:

Swimming in the ocean
Sunshine
Yoga
Meditation
Physical activity throughout the day
Time in nature
Comraderie
Exercising creative muscles for no commercial reason
Inspiration from great media
Music
Sleep
